Exceptional communication skills of staff.
The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably warm. Despite being advertised, the AC situation was disappointing, especially during hot weather. the noise from the street was unbearable, affecting our ability to relax.

i think the room was almost too dark, reminiscent of a cave, but i suppose that adds to the ambiance? somehow, the night staff managed to be utterly unhelpful, which woudl ve been less annoying if only i had received an upgrade to my room. honestly, spoiled by other hotels, i just couldn’t leave a good review.

A tough night but great vibes
The hotel’s charming decor and convenient location left us enchanted, while the attentive staff made our stay welcoming and memorable—the perfect base for exploring Milan.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat, leading to sleepless nights. The noise from nearby street works also disrupted our peace during late hours.

Fantastic stay with amazing staff!
We had a lovely time chillin' in our spacious room. The decor was super cute, and the big bathroom was a nice touch with a rainfall shower! Reception was really helpful, especially when we were worried about getting a taxi early in the morning. Only downside was the Wi-Fi could be better. Breakfast was a tasty treat, too!

Great stay with my friends! Perfect location, just a short walk to the Duomo and La Scala. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We visited stunning art shows and guided tours nearby, which were awesome. Good to know, breakfast was decent, but could be improved.
The air conditioning was weak and made it uncomfortable at night. It felt warmer than expected during our stay.
